Tom is a retired engineer and senior manager, having served a successful career in the Army Corps of Engineers, and worked in construction across the United States and around the world including Afghanistan, Bosnia, and Qatar, and as a first responder in Puerto Rico. A graduate of the University of Vermont and the University of Washington, he is an avid hiker, mountain biker and a struggling woodworker. He and his wife, Denise, have lived in Bow since 2015, and have been members of Bow Open Spaces since 2017.
