BOS Team summits Baxter Peak, the highest point on Mt Katahdin via the challenging Knife Edge trail
In late August Tom O’Donovan, BOS vice president, Eric Thum, stewardship director, and Tony Sacco, membership director, traveled to Baxter State Park in northern Maine to attempt the Knife Edge, the most challenging route, to the highest point on Mt Katahdin, the summit of Baxter Peak. The Team finished the trip tired but successful!
